This work has many questionable points and lacks any elements that actually get you excited. First of all, there's no clear reason for the women to get on the medical examination vehicle. I could understand if it were a regular check-up for members, but the mysterious premise about 'abnormal water quality in the ocean' isn't utilized for any erotic effect at all. Because of this, the women end up getting on the vehicle without any justification, leaving you wondering why they're so easily led into it. Next, the play is sloppy. Touching private parts under the guise of a medical exam is a common trope, but the insertion is abrupt and poorly justified. It results in an awkward scene where she's forced to accept a rod she wasn't prepared for, leaving the viewer unsure how to react. Furthermore, since it's an older work, the hidden-camera style is expected, but the image quality is poor. There are no famous actresses, so the only way to enjoy it is by thinking, 'She looks like someone I know.' Overall, it's a work where the intent just doesn't come across.
