This is the trashiest torture video I've ever seen. I'll skip the play details since they're exactly as shown in the preview. What's unique to this series is the hypodermic needle piercing. At the same time, they pierce her nipples with sewing needles and fire a stun gun at them. Maybe as a mercy, they only use the stun gun on the right nipple, further from the heart. The final enema followed by being submerged in a tub of filth was a bit much for me, but since the focus is on torture, you can probably skip that part. This label tends to get softer as the series progresses, so if you want the most gruesome, trashy content, it might be worth buying despite the price, though I'd recommend renting it first to be safe. It's so hardcore that I'd want to give it 5 stars, but the model looks so wrinkled—I don't know her age, but she just looks like an old lady—so I'm deducting 2 stars. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, but if you're looking for violence rather than sexual depiction, you might want to give it a try.
