First of all, the line delivery is incredibly awkward, and the cutaway scenes are way too long. Also, they keep calling it 'training' or 'discipline,' but are they just having sex? At the very least, if she's in a naked apron, they should be using a vibe and tying her up with rope! In the sequel, they need to go harder—like having her use a dildo vibe while sitting on a kitchen chair, or using a vibrator chair in the living room. Staying faithful to the original manga is fine, but isn't a little creative arrangement necessary?
