If you're going to use such a provocative title, the content should at least match it, but it felt a bit underwhelming. Whether she had a son or not didn't even matter in the context of the plot. Her suppressed, pent-up gestures were good, and the way she gradually started to let it all out was quite erotic. It's a shame because it could have been a huge hit if the content had been better.
