Because of that, the interaction felt less about satisfying sexual desire and more about exploring a brother-sister relationship, so I wouldn't call it erotic. Like others have said, it's a truly healing piece.

The premise was an older sister, but it felt more like an older girlfriend, which was kind of funny. Honoka is sexy and erotic, and really soothing, but the plot felt a little underwhelming, a bit too straightforward. I wish there was one more scene.
