The second part was bad for both the actor and actress, which is why I'm giving this rating. If the second part had been on the same level as the first, it would have been 4 stars. It's a shame.

You definitely can't compare Mori and Sugihara. The difference in the level of both the actors and actresses is so huge that Sugihara looks terrible in comparison. It would've been better to just make it a solo Mori film.
