Three neighbor couples gather for a night of booze, food, and swapping partners. Featuring three top-tier mature actresses, this is a 120% intense, no-holds-barred orgy that will keep you glued to the screen.
I bought this again because it brought back memories of a film I'd seen before. The image quality and camerawork are inferior to modern standards, but I was a fan of Rinko Nomiya. It starts with a group of close-knit housewives in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, leading to a wife-swapping scenario between three couples. Surprisingly, Ginji, with his full head of hair, appears as the husband of one of the 30-something housewives. The film includes the sex scenes for each couple, the social gathering before the swap, and the group swap itself. Since it seems to be filmed in an actual house, it creates a very realistic atmosphere. I think it's a quite erotic film that captures that distinct Showa-era sensuality.
I watched this because I like Yuriko Masuda, but overall it was a bit underwhelming. Mariko Hino was good, though.
In a word, there's no passion here. I expected a lot since all three mature actresses are the type to give it their all, but it was the complete opposite. It's probably the director's fault. Ginji Sagawa was also a letdown, and the other male actors... well, you can imagine. A total waste of time.
She looked much more vibrant than in her previous works. It might be that her acting has improved, but I think the director's skill really made the difference. Her chemistry with Ginji-san was top-notch. Mariko Hino also seemed like a completely different person here. I just wish the pacing was a bit faster and it was a little more provocative.
