The actresses are all very good at acting. They look like ordinary nurses, which is a turn-on. The 'ugly-cute' level is just right—not too ugly, not too pretty, which adds to the realism. However, since it's an older work, the makeup, hairstyles, and the footage itself feel a bit dated. The scenes are a little underwhelming. The parts where they stick fingers into the patient's anus were good, but I wish they had shown more of that. I also would have liked to see a final group scene. Well, it's one of the better ones in the handjob series. Recommended for those who like this series.

The hospital setting was realistically portrayed, which I liked. However, it was annoying whenever she dropped the honorifics and slipped into Hakata or Kansai dialect.
