SDDE-139 - Caregiver's Secret Service: Special Training with Interns

*There seem to be many settings similar to Tekokuri... This series probably doesn't need training scenes. It is OK only in the actual field for dealing with dull old people. Or rather, giving a blowjob during training at school...that's not possible... Isn't there a need for trainees and nurses? I think it would be better if the nursing care lady could proceed with her own settings.
