SOD always does a great job casting actresses who look good in nurse uniforms (pure and beautiful). During the head nurse scene, I really wished I could swap places with her (lol). The nurse seen from the back is also a beauty. The early handjob-focused works weren't great, but the recent ones are pretty good.

There are many beautiful, fair-skinned actresses. However, it felt unnatural due to the lack of exposure—no breasts, no kissing, and almost no touching from the patients.

This is the best one in the series. Miura-san's subtle gestures, Sakuraba-san's intense reactions, and especially Mai Kimura-san—she was so cute, even better than any of her PlayStation-era works. If she has any other appearances outside of what shows up on DMM, please let me know.
