SDDE-172 - Handjob Clinic Fan Appreciation Day 3: Your Wildest Fantasies Come to Life

The premise of a nurse providing 'sexual therapy' who turns out to be a high school crush, leading to an encounter filled with complicated emotions, is incredibly erotic. The nurse, named Mai Yuzuki in the film, is actually Misaki Hatsumi from her 'Shizuku' era. She still had such a youthful, innocent charm back then—it's adorable. That alone makes it worth watching. There's also a scene toward the end where she performs a 'sexual practice' with a classmate from nursing school, which is another very erotic setup. Even if it's just for practice, the expression on her face while having sex with a male friend was fantastic. It's a shame the other scenes weren't as memorable, but these two moments alone make it a solid work.

It drags on and on with very little substance. The only highlight was the scene in the first half where she washes her private parts in front of her cousin.

The nurse performing the sexual procedure isn't attractive, which is a total turn-off. They managed to salvage it a bit at the end with the two of them, but still. Catching vaginal discharge in a basin on the floor is amateurish and sloppy! They should come up with a more efficient and erotic method that doesn't require crouching—maybe one that allows for urination at the same time. The treatment of the female patient (in the training scene) is far too rough compared to the male patient. Since a female nurse is supervising, she should have been teaching the male nurse more persistent and detailed techniques for handjobs and oral sex to maximize pleasure. It's a waste of a perfectly cute actress.

I don't really watch these for the 'release'; in this case, I was more impressed by the sheer dedication of 'how far they'd go' rather than the eroticism itself. The meticulously crafted setting is so convincing that it makes you wonder, 'Does a place like this actually exist?' The only downside is that Shinra and Chisato, whom I was looking forward to, didn't have much screen time. However, the awkwardness of Miho Kanda in her role as a newcomer was quite good, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

The other series, 'Handjob Intercourse Clinic 4', was pretty good, and I think this one is also well-made. It's very thoughtful that they display the title and the actress's name for each part. If they keep listing the actresses like this in the future, it makes it much easier to search for their other works when you find someone you really like. Out of everyone, 'Yu Uehara' was the best. She played the head nurse role with such great flavor. All the actresses performed their roles convincingly as nurses, making it a very likable production. By the way, why are there two different 'Yu Uehara's when I search for her? Even if they share the same name, they look so similar….
