The actress, the premise, and the eroticism were all a letdown. I should have known better just by looking at the cover art. I was completely fooled by the sample video.

This is the most exciting AV I've ever purchased. The actress's acting skills are amazing. The way she speaks, gently embracing the elderly man, sounds just like a real caregiver. It's so convincing that I actually started to wonder if a service like this really exists.

I think the planning and production quality are high. However, since it involves an elderly partner, it lacks a bit of intensity. If you go in expecting a caregiving-themed work, it’s quite enjoyable. It’s the kind of piece you’d want to watch two or three times.

The actress is alright, I suppose. It's nothing flashy, but if you're into this kind of scenario, you might like it.

You could call this a variation of the 'Handjob Clinic' series. Unlike a hospital where you're nursing a patient, caregiving is just a part of daily life. I was drawn to the way the play (or caregiving?) unfolds with such a detached, matter-of-fact narration. The way they go through the motions of sexual care and handjobs makes you think, 'Could this actually be happening in real caregiving settings?' or 'I wish it were like this.' The actress wasn't bad, but she didn't leave much of an impression, and I didn't feel the urge to look up her other work. Then again, if they had cast a famous actress, it probably would have lost its realism and turned into a flop. Sometimes, a change of pace with a unique genre like this is a good thing.
