SDDE-186 - Handjob Clinic Special: Nursing Student Internship Edition

The mosaic is decent and the actresses look good. However, it lacks a sense of realism, so the hardcore scenes feel unnecessary.

The scene where they change from casual clothes to uniforms is also good. Minami Marin's breasts are the best; she's the only one who does missionary. Yasuda Miki's pink nipples are also the best; her expression while suppressing her moans is great. Higashino Airin is the only one who doesn't show her breasts. Hibiki Airi, who plays the head nurse, only appears briefly but is beautiful. The hospital looks dirty because they used an abandoned hospital. That's common in V-Cinema.

First off, the hospital set is dirty; they should've used a clean studio. It doesn't feel fresh for this series. It's fine that there's a female doctor, but she has zero sex appeal. It doesn't look good even when she's having sex. The student is good-looking, but the acting is lackluster. Overall, it's just an average entry in the series.

The clean visual quality was great. It would have been even better if the 'student' character had shown a bit more hesitation or shyness when using her hands, mouth, and body.
