Despite the low ratings, I like this kind of scenario, so I watched it out of curiosity. Sometimes I enjoy things others don't, or vice versa, but for this one, the general consensus was spot on. What is with this pervasive, sluggish feeling throughout the whole thing? It reached the end without any real highlights. I like Yu Uehara, so I was briefly excited by her brief appearance in lingerie, but the rest of the development was just flat.

The concept is good, but the execution is lackluster. As a parody of a 'how-to' video, it lacks cohesion; the scenes in the hotel room and the hospital feel like they were lifted from other works. The ejaculation instruction segment also lacks eroticism, making the production feel generally underwhelming in terms of sexual appeal.

The premise caught my eye, but the execution was a dud. It felt completely flat with no real build-up. It really needed a bit more of a twist. Still, I'm looking forward to the next one. It’s one step—no, two steps—away from being good. Giving it 3 stars, mostly for the potential.

I think 'Vaginal Savior' is a concept that could have worked well as a standalone spin-off, but it's completely wasted here. Setting aside the erotic aspect, I couldn't help but think it might have been better if it shared the same setting as the 'Handjob Clinic' or 'Job Series' collections.
