Did the staff just want to film on a remote island? I don't really see the need for a clinic setting, but (laughs). It's a bit of a cinematic AV. If you like story-driven content, you might enjoy this.

After the opening, they improved the cinematography to capture more of the actress's charm in brighter settings, including an outdoor sex scene. It was my first time seeing Takizawa Yuna, and she is a truly captivating beauty. I'm not saying ultra-thin mosaics or close-ups are bad, but this film proves that if you have a talented actress who can convey eroticism without relying on those gimmicks, you can make a fantastic, sexy AV. I've been watching it on repeat.
