I bought this because I like Chika Arimura. Her scenes were good, but everything else was just 'meh.' As for the facial mosaic, I think some people might find it distracting since there are so many male actors.

While the face blurring has received a lot of criticism, I personally prefer it; I don't really want to see the guy's face, and the blur actually adds to the sense of violation.

Other parts were standard, but the actress's acting skills were high, making it better than those formulaic nursing-care videos. Soothing the elderly and delivering lines is important in AV. I liked that it wasn't just mechanical. Things to improve: I don't like doing it in hallways or bathrooms because it feels cold and hard, so I'd prefer a soft surface. I also want them to lick her until she's completely out of it. The old man's seasoned technique and licking made her completely surrender. Also, the vibrator is a mood-killer, so it's unnecessary.
