*The angle from behind during the 69 is amazing. I hope for a sequel with higher quality from this angle. There are very few works that specialize in sixty-nine, so I wish they would make more. This is a wonderful piece of work.

It starts right off with four women lined up on the bed, performing face-sitting. I'm impressed they managed to flesh out such a ridiculous concept into a full three-hour feature. The final 'treatment' scene where only Hibiki Otsuki's butt is visible through the curtain was so erotic, I actually think it might be effective for ED. A fantastic piece.

There are too many filler scenes. The excessive interviews make it drag on, leaving me feeling unsatisfied.

It's shot like a mini-documentary, making it feel like a real hospital. If a place like this existed, I'd definitely want to check in. The cast acts well enough that you'd believe they were actual nurses; personally, the parts with Hibiki Otsuki and Chika Arimura were excellent. Overall, it's a healing experience and a keeper I'll want to revisit from time to time.

*As the title suggests, the main focus is on backward cowgirl, doggy style, and 69. The white thong is erotic, and the close-up of her butt has a small mosaic, which is quite good. The unfortunate thing is that you can't see her breasts at all.
