I'm not particularly into lactation, but I rented this because I wanted to see the actresses' breasts. If you view it as an 'NTR spin-off' where a married nurse raising a child is working to maintain her career while treating it half like a leisure activity, it's quite enjoyable. The scene where two of them perform a pre-op exam on a patient was excellent; the woman had this professional way of speaking, but her body was so sensitive that she looked like she was about to climax during penetration. It's a shame SOD's new releases aren't on FANZA anymore; they're making fewer of these great mockumentaries, and their own site is a pain to use. I really hope FANZA starts carrying more of these again.
