SDDE-410 - The Legend Returns: 7 Real Nurses Assemble for the Ultimate Handjob Clinic Remake

The head nurse might be a hit-or-miss for some, but I found her quite erotic.

This work reminded me once again of how amazing Miyu Miyauchi is. The series is currently struggling with a rut, but it reminded me of how shocking the initial installment was. The reality Miyu Miyauchi brought wasn't just a costume-play nurse common in AVs, but the exact type of nurse we see in hospitals—dry, professional, and going about her duties. I was incredibly excited by her desperate attempts to hide the pleasure she felt when the patient was about to finish; it's a pioneering work for what we now call 'holding back' (iki-gaman). However, in 'Handjob Clinic 7: Legendary Nurse Revival Special,' which brought her back, she only provided voice-over, so the charm of the 'holding back' aspect was completely absent, and it transformed into a generic erotic film about teaching a novice sex worker the ropes. I love Mizue Hanashima, but I can't call this a masterpiece. Since it's a training scenario, I feel they should have let the trainee watch the act until the end; otherwise, it just feels like a normal act, and the 'Handjob Clinic' premise is ruined. Also, I find it strange that they don't use the term 'tosei' (ejaculation); is it due to censorship? Lastly, the concept is absolutely brilliant! Since it's a series where the fetishes tend to be niche, causing mixed reactions and changing its tone with every release, I really hope they pack in as many stimulating points as possible.

For those who have a thing for head nurse Mizue Hanashima's nurse persona, this is the series' masterpiece. The handjobs and oral sex performed while she gives explanations are great, and I love how she maintains the 'medical procedure' atmosphere throughout. At 1:37, she finally starts undressing. 'I feel at ease when I touch human skin...' At 1:39, 'Holding hands makes me so relaxed...' Then the 69 position, and her butt... even here, she keeps up the medical act. At 1:42, she's finally penetrated. At 1:44, she takes off her top, all while instructing the nurses on either side. At 1:47, doggy style, and she's fully nude. The other nurses are still clothed, but only she is naked. At 1:50, she goes into a naked cowgirl position for the finale. The background noise actually adds to the atmosphere. I'd love a sequel featuring just her. I really hope more mature actresses appear in this series.

Only the 3-way cowgirl scene in the middle is good. It starts with just handjobs, and the end is a reverse 3P, but it feels too mechanical. The real appeal of this series is seeing them get turned on despite it being 'just a job' (especially during cowgirl) and the fellatio, so I'm a bit disappointed. Still, the 3-way cowgirl in the middle was quite good, hence this rating.
