I love Misaki Azusa in this one. Her butt is so curvy, and the way she looks the patient in the eye while guiding the examination is just great.

Yoshitaku really shines in this kind of setting. The showdown between Nurse Misaki and the patient Yoshitaku is fantastic. The way Nurse Misaki seems to forget the script and reacts with genuine, raw emotion to the patient's wild behavior is amazing. It's a film I find myself rewatching over and over.

Featuring the elegant Hikaru, the coquettish and cute Nanaho, and the incredibly sensual and skilled Azusa. While the production could have been better, all three are such talented performers that I'm giving this a perfect score.

The scene where he ejaculates onto the nurse's face or her white coat during fellatio is so exciting. And the fact that she keeps performing fellatio while covered in semen? Absolutely top-tier.

I bought this because Hikaru Konno is in it. I'm always so jealous of the patients in this series; they get to do whatever they want under the guise of 'treatment'! But that's exactly what makes it so appealing.
