As the title suggests, it's a parody of the film 'One Cut of the Dead', but surprisingly, this work is a substantial piece created as an antithesis to the AV industry's trend of 'fake' internal ejaculation that started around 2017. Since fake internal ejaculation involves cutting the scene to insert fake semen, this work challenges itself to a 65-minute one-take shot to prove it's the real deal. The lead, Rena Aoi, engages in 10 consecutive rounds of real, uncut internal ejaculation sex with a series of men. Beyond just the ejaculation, there's an erotic scene where she uses her fingers to push the semen spilled on her pussy deep inside, making it quite a spectacle. Like the original film, it's a two-part structure; the second half is a comedy documentary showing the behind-the-scenes chaos of the one-take shoot. A female AD tries to get the waiting actors erect with oral sex, but accidentally makes them finish in her mouth. Then, at the producer's whim, that same female AD ends up getting real internal ejaculation, and they film it behind the camera with the director without making a sound. If you've seen 'One Cut of the Dead', there are little jokes you'll appreciate, so I highly recommend watching the movie first!

I have no complaints about the concept, but the actress is just terrible. If they had cast someone like JULIA, I would've given it 5 stars.

They cast Kou Akemi, but they're treating her so poorly. She's an actress who could complement Rena Aoi, so they really need to utilize her properly.
