SOD held a late-night trash-picking event on Halloween night to express gratitude to the town that has taken care of them. The female employees say they violated company discipline, but our company cannot simply conclude that discipline was violated... Rather, it may be a factor in deepening friendship among employees and creating a different 'connection' than usual.
