Set on the filming location of a new project themed around a 'nympho nurse,' the structure is somewhat complex, interweaving the 'main feature' with 'behind-the-scenes' footage. However, it’s still just Noa in a nurse outfit having sex listlessly throughout the entire runtime, making the concept feel rather muddled. Perhaps the only saving grace is that Noa Kirishima is the lead.
