All three actresses are quite good. The content is obviously staged, but it's reasonably entertaining. The video quality is poor because it uses a mix of fixed cameras and handhelds. The male actor seems a bit too 'used to this,' so many parts just feel like amateur home-video footage. Saeki-san's performance at the beginning was good.

I know it's staged, but filming with a handheld camera is just unacceptable. The image is dark and the quality is terrible. Don't expect anything based on the cover art. The whole thing is just too dark. As a video, it's a total failure. Wouldn't it have been better as a novel? The only saving grace is the facial during the final scene with Akanishi; it was the most massive amount I've ever seen. But to give it a good rating just for that...

It really looks like it was filmed in a regular hospital, so the scenes with actual patients and nurses walking by feel quite authentic. Nana Saeki has sex in a shared ward, Yui Matsuno performs a handjob in an elevator followed by sex in an operating room, and Ryo Akanishi performs a handjob on the stairs followed by sex in a shared ward. In addition to the fixed camera angles, there are close-up shots from the patient's handheld camera, which was quite exciting. Some parts feel staged, but especially in Ryo Akanishi's segment, a nurse comes to scold them and other patients peek in; her look of genuine distress felt very real.
