The scene where she stands at attention while completely naked was the peak. 'Naked work' is just ridiculous.

This is the '2008 Entrance Ceremony' installment of the SOD employee series. The premise is putting 16 new recruits at a major AV production company through a harsh initiation into the industry. It starts with everyone receiving their job offer letters directly from the president—a perfectly normal entrance ceremony so far. However, things change instantly when SOD’s famous female director, 'Chie Sugawara,' appears. To test their resolve as AV company employees, she proposes a 'nude entrance ceremony.' First, the senior staff strip, then the new recruits are brought up to the stage and undressed one by one. Once everyone is completely naked, they have to spread their legs and introduce themselves. After the ceremony, it transitions into 'training,' which consists of handjobs, fellatio, and intercourse. While all the employees (played by adult actresses) are giving it their all in the nude, there’s a rumor that Director Sugawara—who suggested the nude ceremony in the first place but kept her suit on the whole time—is actually the one who lacks the most 'resolve' to make it in this industry.

…No way, right? Or maybe they hired the aspiring actresses who didn't make the cut as staff? Well, I just enjoyed it as part of the production.
