I don't really get the appeal of tentacles, but seeing how many reviews there are, I guess there are people who like them. I'm a Hamasaki superfan. I'd recommend this to fellow fans, but not to casual ones. The points that get a fan excited here are: the light makeup, the plain nurse outfit, and the solid acting... that alone gets me going (lol). What surprised me was the dedication to the tentacle effects, cinematography, and sound design—it's impressive for a low-budget, short-shoot AV. It's on par with high-end V-Cinema. It feels like it was made by people who love SFX, not just people who love sex. Because of that, the erotic scenes don't look cheap. You can also surprisingly enjoy Hamasaki's dynamite body. <Hamasaki Rio's works are high quality, so I've bumped up the rating. It's effectively 4 stars.>

Did you run out of ideas halfway through...? Up until the scene where the first girl, Nagisa Hoshikura, gets attacked, the sense of immersion was quite good. The restraint was solid, and the visual of her being teased while standing was definitely worth watching. However... From that point on, the quality dropped to a sadly sloppy level. The ending was nothing more than a fake-out cumshot. There's still plenty of room for creativity, like double-hole penetration or teasing all three girls at once. Also, since you went through the trouble of wrapping them in multiple layers of tentacles, I think it would have been interesting to have them suspended in mid-air. Out of respect for the passion put into finishing this without using CG, I'll settle for a 'neutral' rating.

I like that she genuinely hates the tentacles. In other entries of this series, the actresses often treat the tentacles like a human partner, showing no resistance or attempt to escape... It would have been even better if there were scenes where she was so terrified of being attacked by the tentacles that she lost control of her bladder.
