The way she struggles to stay quiet while feeling so good is captured perfectly. However, the later scene where she has sex with a patient using a hidden-camera style is a bit weak. The patient isn't very active, and since it's a hospital room, the 'suppressed moaning' aspect feels a bit lacking. Still, it's shot cleanly overall, and personally, I liked this video.
