SDMT-489 - OBGYN doctor's sexual assault

Seeing her get turned on despite her confused expression is great; that's the value of the scenario. However, I don't think the 'boyfriend nearby' element was necessary. I get that it's there to differentiate it from other OB/GYN-themed videos, but it feels like adding unnecessary clutter.

Personally, I liked the first girl, even though every review I read seems to criticize her. It's true that she keeps a half-smirking expression until the insertion, but there's a moment during the manual stimulation scene where she becomes incredibly erotic. She gets so overwhelmed that she squirts, and the way she looks confused while doing it is extremely hot. I love the situation where someone is bewildered but can't help but reach a climax, and this is the first time I've been hit right in my sweet spot like this. Her voice isn't particularly sexy, her acting isn't great, and overall, she's not that good. But for those few dozen seconds alone, I can give this 5 stars.

It was boring. The first kid is just laughing while doing it, and above all, the actresses are all unattractive. The last girl (the one on the cover) was actually quite cute, and the opening where she's crying on the delivery table with her underwear peeking out from her skirt was exciting, but halfway through she gets off the table and just has normal sex... I have no idea what this production was trying to achieve.

The content felt similar to the previous 'Obstetrics 10-man Squad' entry. I had a bad feeling after looking at the back cover, but the worst part was that there were no nurses involved. In the previous films and other SOD medical-themed works, there's always a nurse, so it was terrible that they were missing here. Having a nurse instead of just a doctor would have allowed for more variety in the scenes and added more realism. That's why I'm rating it this way.
