It's a work aiming for pure love AV, though the premise of hiding a camera in a hospital room is absurd. It's a 4-hour film with 3 people, but they spend so much time on the buildup that the first person doesn't get to the action until about 50 minutes in. The 'secretly doing it with a patient in a hospital room' setting isn't really reflected well; it just feels like normal sex. The second person's cowgirl position while stifling her moans was good, and the third one had an affair setting where she asks 'who's better, me or your wife?', which I liked. Overall, the long wait made the payoff enjoyable, but it's still too long. Just get on with it already.

All three actresses were great. I especially liked the second pair.

A documentary-style look at the love between nurses and patients. It features 3rd-year nurse Hikaru Konno (24) and a 30-year-old single patient. The staff hides cameras in the room to capture their tender daily interactions. A confession happens the day before discharge, and they become a couple. Then there's the rookie, An Kitahara (21), who is in love with her first patient (21). She's very proactive, confessing and initiating the kiss herself. Miki Shibuya (25) is in love with a 40-year-old married patient and shows clear rivalry toward his wife when she visits. Since it's a private room, the sex after the confession is intense. However, because it's a hidden camera setup, the angles are mediocre.

The third male partner was super annoying! The plot is about a young nurse falling for a middle-aged patient and confessing her feelings, leading to sex in the hospital room. This guy's amateurish acting kept dragging on, and he kept interrupting the flow with dialogue at the worst times, making it impossible to focus. Plus, this old creep talked way too much! Even if it was scripted, a third of the lines would have been enough. It didn't feel like the nurse was in love; it felt like a pervy old man hitting on a young nurse just to get laid. He completely forgot the theme and just seemed obsessed with her body—it was nauseating! And the key cowgirl scene... I thought she was great at moving her hips, but as soon as she started, he grabbed her waist and kept thrusting from below, making it look like she couldn't move properly. I never want to see such an oblivious actor again! He ruined the whole mood. Well, I'll give credit for the fact that she managed to make him finish with her own grinding in the second half. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I'm settling for 3. If it had been a quieter actor instead of this guy, it might have been a 5. The producers really need to think this through. Was there really no one else?
