Aoi-chan is cute and the nurse outfit suits her perfectly (it makes me want to rewatch her debut). It fits the story really well, too. I don't think it would've worked with any other actress, but this is a huge success. Personally, I would've liked it if the resuscitated patient died again from the ejaculation and ended with some 'corpse-cleaning' fellatio. 4 stars.

Mizutani-san has real nursing experience, so she brings a sense of stability to the cast. The world-building isn't bad either. However, to make the urgency feel more realistic, it might have been better not to have her fully naked. Especially if the goal was to create synergy between the 'work' aspect and the eroticism. It was an interesting attempt typical of SOD, but the full nudity made it feel a bit cheap. Personally, I think it would have had more depth if they'd set her up as a relative—like a sister, daughter, or mother of a patient rushed in—forcing her to perform the 'treatment' out of necessity.

Aoi Mizutani shows off enough charm and intensity as a real-life nurse. The way she blends emergency procedures with sex is incredibly compelling. As someone who looks forward to seeing a real nurse in her uniform, I wish she hadn't taken it off until the very end.

The main feature is short, but the realistic acting keeps you entertained until the end. At one point, the acting was so intense that I was worried I wouldn't be able to follow the plot, but it heated up nicely toward the end, so it was good.
