You'd think she'd lose her mind and stop being a nurse, but the leads in this series are either mentally unbreakable or just oblivious. The patient calming down is just post-nut clarity; it means nothing. I've been waiting for a character to be so thoroughly broken by a super-potent patient that she's left beyond recovery, and this was the long-awaited film that came close to that. Yuika NS has a truly beautiful and erotic body, and I love how intensely she's handled right from the start. The final group rape scene was exciting—no grand purpose, just using her relentlessly as a sex toy. She threw away the condom and her identity as a nurse, becoming a lewd bitch begging for a creampie; she had no 'will' left. It was funny when she started talking about her vagina again, but the final scene where she's made to climax with just a 'finger' felt strangely profound, as it was an act purely for her own pleasure. Since she's supposed to be married, I wish they'd lean more into the setting without breaking the concept—like her performing oral on her husband who came to the hospital worried, getting caught during treatment, or the psychological torture of wondering what her husband would think if he saw this. The older actor is incredibly energetic, and the tattooed actor is so intense and skilled that the actress is really pushed to her limits—whenever he's in it, it's a hit. Conclusion: this is a masterpiece. Extremely practical.
