Personally, I liked that there was a nurse character. However, it was a huge letdown when the male doctor sent the nurse away during the fellatio scene, claiming 'another patient is here.' Even in the final operating room scene, she was present but didn't really assist the doctor, which was disappointing. I hope for better in the next installment.

The beginning is just a lewd check-up. The middle is oral and tit-jobs. I'd like to say there are two penetrations at the end, but the latter is simulated, so it's really just one. Well, the price is cheap, so I guess that's expected. But instead of simulated stuff, I'd rather see behind-the-scenes footage or something interesting. The only real penetration lasts about 14 minutes; her body is fantastic and her face is cute. It's a bit dark, but the thrusting is well-emphasized.
