Rookie employee Haruko lands a job at a prestigious firm, only to be targeted by her manager's rival, Ooki. Trapped in the office after hours, she's forced into a dangerous game where one sound could ruin her entire life. The fear makes her suppressed moans even more enticing.

While the actress's lack of acting skills is a handicap, she maximizes her natural masochistic eroticism within the drama, resulting in high-quality play. Her line delivery and desperate crying feel a bit lacking, but the ecstatic, masochistic expression she makes while being submissively ravished is the true hallmark of a genuine erotic actress. It feels like a serious office worker's unconscious rape fantasy; whether intentional or not, it makes for a very erotic performance. The ending is superb: after realizing her engagement—her only emotional support—was a setup, and accepting that she has nothing left but the pleasure of being ravished as a sex slave, she transitions from verbal rejection to a bewitchingly masochistic expression. This is a work that owes a great deal to the director's skill.
*It's a story about a stupid but pure-hearted office lady who uses her marriage as bait to outwit her, but it's not as exciting as I thought it would be. The settings are often unreasonable, and the interactions are average and nothing worth mentioning.
Opinions on Aruru might be divided, but I think this is a well-executed office humiliation piece. In the scenes in the pantry, the company history archives, and the general affairs meeting room, the actress is either fully naked or close to it, while the male actor tries to stay dressed as long as possible—that dynamic adds a nice masochistic touch. However, the final humiliation scene in the executive office is just a standard gangbang, so it could have used a bit more creativity. It would have been better if they had at least included a scene showing her after she'd been 'broken' (following the villains' scheme).
I’d recommend this to anyone tired of those brainless scenarios where everyone in the office gangs up on a female employee. I was a bit worried because the actress looked a bit 'easy' on the cover, but she actually pulled off that 'vulnerable/bullied' vibe perfectly. It was genuinely arousing♪ The story could have been a bit simpler to match the actress's acting style—maybe something like a harassing boss and an OL struggling to resist due to the tough job market. But all in all, it’s definitely worth the price.
I bought this with high expectations because it's a ravishment-themed video featuring an actress I've liked since her AV debut, but... even before she took her clothes off, her appearance was so different from her debut days. Once it started, her acting was lackluster, and I couldn't get into it at all. I regret not buying the Kokoyuka release that came out at the same time instead.
