A newlywed couple desperate for a child. At the OB/GYN for a checkup, they encounter a predator posing as a doctor. The wife is helpless as she is forced to conceive right in front of her husband's eyes.

The doctor and nurse got taken out, and nobody noticed for days? Are there no other staff members? Why go all the way to their house? And why call them back to the hospital again??
She’s cute and really captures that 'Kyoto beauty' vibe. The plot involves a young wife going for fertility treatment who gets raped without her husband knowing, which leads to her being broken and becoming a captive of a perverted doctor. She was perfect for the role, but her reaction when her husband catches them in the act felt a bit lacking, likely due to her limited acting experience. It would have been perfect if it were released as a 'Please Forgive Me' series instead of a 'In Front of My Husband' series, ending with her getting pregnant by the doctor and successfully completing her fertility treatment.
After visiting the OB-GYN, Yua looked pale. In reality, she had already been violated by the fake doctor, Hanaoka, and the film shows the assault through a flashback shortly after. It's a novel approach. Following that, Hanaoka even breaks into her home to assault her. Unable to consult her husband, she continues to be violated day after day at Hanaoka's beck and call. Eventually, completely broken, Yua has sex with Hanaoka while leaving her husband waiting at the reception desk. When the 'treatment' takes too long, the husband peeks into the exam room, only to find Hanaoka and Yua tangled up together, completely naked. The husband is beaten and restrained by Hanaoka, and then Yua is violated right in front of him—the usual trope. It hits all the right notes, making it a solid work.
The setting of a (ruined?) OB-GYN clinic and the twist that 'she had already been violated back then' were novel and rarely seen before. On the other hand, it's unnatural for a character like the assistant to be running a hospital all by himself, and it's strange that the couple doesn't notice. It's also too contrived that the husband takes so long to notice her moaning loudly in the exam room. It's my first time seeing this actress; her acting for a story-driven piece is passable, and she pulled off the 'newlywed' vibe well. Overall, it's a solid entry in the series.
The premise is that she becomes prey to an intruder posing as a doctor during her first fertility checkup... but in reality, it's just a cheating story. Being rendered helpless on a delivery table with a speculum, and slowly starting to enjoy the penetration despite her initial resistance—that part was good! The sudden break-in and forced sex in the couple's bed was also good. Even though she's threatened with 'I'll tell my husband!', she barely resists (it feels like she's just going through the motions while secretly wanting the pleasure) and falls into ecstasy as soon as she's touched. That was good! Being called out for oral sex and the dazed look after ejaculation—great imagery for the imagination. After that, she's called out repeatedly for sex marathons (though only in digest form). Finally, they start having intense sex while the husband is waiting in the lobby. This is the worst!!! As soon as the husband loses his patience and catches them, she goes, 'Stop! It's a lie! No!'... What is she doing? The wife is out of her mind. Zero sense of moral transgression! Therefore, it's bottom-tier. Not for someone like me who gets off on the feeling of betrayal.
