Psychological profiler Ruka Sarashina is hunting Okura, a respected psychiatrist by day and a depraved human trafficker by night who brainwashes women into sexual slavery. When Okura takes hostages and lures Ruka into his lair, the hunter becomes the hunted in a twisted game of domination.

As a drama, it's quite flat. Despite being an investigator-themed film, it lacks the speed and intensity typical of action, focusing instead on a slow, helpless descent into degradation—sinking into an abyss of desire that goes beyond mere training. The pacing once the 'assault' begins is quite leisurely, which I think contributed to the overall flatness. It's a unique entry for an Attackers investigator film. This pace suits Sakuru-san perfectly, and the fact that she's completely naked while being tormented hits all the right notes for my personal taste. The director really gets it. Sakuru-san's naked form is truly beautiful; a woman being tormented should definitely be in the buff (laughs). I want to shout from the rooftops that this is how investigator films should be.
Special Agent, Ruka Sarashina: Deeper, and deeper... Saru Usui. She's one of my favorite actresses.
The story is exactly as described: a classic setup where an investigator heads to a hideout, gets captured, and is tortured. The highlight is Sairu Usui's acting as her expression gradually changes while being teased to the mechanical rhythm of a metronome. This scene alone makes it worth the purchase.
The way her expression shifts from trying to hold it in to being completely consumed by pleasure and reacting so shamelessly is incredibly erotic. I especially loved the second scene, where she's completely melted by the long foreplay before being penetrated and writhing in ecstasy.
*The drama is honestly of low quality. First of all, it is wrong for AV to try to make a drama with a difficult theme. The skill of the performers and the composition of the production team play a major role in the deterioration of hearts. If a good actress was used and the result was like this, I think the composition was poor.
