SHKD-613 - The popular news caster I've been watching on my monitor every night is finally mine

The male actor mumbles, so I can't really hear his lines. There's a recurring bit where he tries to kiss her and gets rejected; I thought it was building up to something, but they never actually kiss. He secretly films her changing clothes but doesn't even use it for blackmail. They're in the middle of things on the bed, then suddenly stop to talk in the living room, only to go back to the bed to resume—I don't get the direction at all. I was looking forward to Chika Arimura's first appearance with this studio, but it's a huge disappointment. The story, the male actor, everything about it was just frustrating.
