Nanami KawakamiAfter moving to the city for a new job, I met my neighbor. The moment she opened the door, I was speechless. She's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, but there's one problem—she's already married. My first time living alone is about to get complicated.
This is such a common pattern in AV: a woman is forced by a man at first, only to fall in love with him later. This scenario is absolutely impossible in reality. Women have a biological instinct for species preservation—to bear the child of a man who protects them—and they naturally reject situations where their existence is threatened. I love drama, so I find these unrealistic stories off-putting. 'Older Neighbor Wife' followed this pattern, and I was disappointed. With plots like this, the AV industry won't evolve. It just ends with, 'Well, it's just AV.' Even Kawakami Nanami's great performance is wasted. It's truly a shame. The core of an affair film should be how it visually portrays the inner turmoil of the people involved. Without that, it's not a film. In the end, it was just AV.
As others have noted, the work relies heavily on Kawakami-san, but the progression from the initial rape to gradually getting hooked on sex with her neighbor, along with her increasingly intense moans, was very well done.
The story is a stretch, but it's an AV, so as long as it's pretty, I guess it's fine. The ending where she divorces her husband to be with the other guy—is that really NTR? The repetitive encounters, the fantasy-like visuals, and the lighting are all too intense. Including famous piano pieces might be nice for some, but it's just annoying if you don't care for it. There are similar drama-style works like the Ueda and Odagiri ones, but I prefer this one. The one with Daibutsu-san (Nakada-san) where she has semi-long hair was the most beautiful. The actresses are consistent, so it really depends on the male lead.
Great style, cute looks, and good acting. Her body is toned and beautiful. I've watched this three times just this week. I usually enjoy watching scenes with natural lighting, but in this work, the acting and expressions in the first half are much better. I'll probably end up watching it again.
It's just a parade of clichéd patterns, and the story is completely uninteresting. The whole production relies entirely on Kawakami.
