I've enjoyed many of Nachu's works in the past (including the foreigner series, job-themed ones like flight attendants/pachinko, and various others), and I know that, as the opening warnings state, these acts are fundamentally unacceptable in the real world, so I realize I might be being overly sensitive. However, in a situation where every second counts to get a (theoretically) suffering person to a medical facility, that specific depiction... honestly, I just couldn't accept it. Since then, I haven't been able to watch any of their other works with the same mindset as before.

The setup of being toyed with by two paramedics is quite extreme, and the sense of immorality is at its peak, making it a highly erotic work. It hits that sweet spot for viewers who find themselves excited by something so taboo. With the new laws making it more likely for omnibus works to be discontinued due to individual actresses' circumstances, I think this attempt to release works featuring only carefully selected actresses is excellent. I hope they expand the lineup with both new and old works. I'd love to see things like Mahiro Aine's library series again.
*The circle of high school girls conducted by two emergency personnel was good. An emergency worker sees the body of an unconscious high school girl and plays with her body. Nipple licking by two people is a wonderful combination. In any case, wouldn't it have been okay if the girl who was accompanying him had also been raped in combination?
A pure high school girl being treated like a toy by two middle-aged men—she's so cute and her reactions are top-tier, but why no creampie at the end? It's such a shame, really. Also, the guys' facial expressions are a highlight, so the mosaic was totally unnecessary.
