First of all, there are zero grotesque elements; it stays soft throughout. Also, the 'rhythmic gymnastics' part is just her wearing the leotard from the cover art in the second half—there's no flexibility involved, and for the first half, she's either in street clothes or completely naked. I wish she had worn the leotard at least a few more times throughout the film.
