First, the character design is great; she really feels shy and earnest. Her suit on her first day is perfect—hair tied back, skirt at a reasonable length—the kind of new employee style that any salaryman would drool over. Usually, office lady works feature ridiculously short skirts that break the immersion, but not this one. It's short, and they only have one normal session in the office during overtime, but her hesitation is depicted so delicately that any salaryman can easily project his own young female coworker onto her. A nice detail: she wears a black inner layer under her white blouse (not just the bra). Since it's aimed at women, there's no explicit genital exposure or ejaculation, so those looking for hardcore sex might be disappointed, but I recommend it for those who enjoy the atmosphere and story.
