It's unnatural. Either the script is bad or the actor messed up the sequence. It's weird that the sister just goes along with it after being threatened, and the brother is passive despite the threat. The blackmail part was completely unnecessary. If you're going to use that trope, it should have been a non-con/rape-themed production. The second part isn't POV, it's a 'hamedori' (self-shot) style. There's a scene where he picks up the camera from the table, yet the sister has no reaction to being filmed until right before the act. It's proof that they didn't coordinate the direction or the acting with the actress. For a self-shot production, the footage is mostly POV, lacking the unique angles that make self-shot videos special. You should be using shots like filming from the front while hitting it from behind, which you can't do with standard POV. It's a shame because it could have been a great work if they had been more careful. If they don't strive for the kind of quality that makes people want to own it in HD, I don't think they'll survive in today's AV industry.
