I'm a huge fan of Ruka-chan's perfect nose and amazing body, so I enjoyed it quite a bit. Appreciate the second VR release! I've loved seeing her nostrils flare since the first VR. Aside from my weird nose fetish, this time she plays a childhood friend who's a nurse you meet in the hospital. Ruka-chan's Kansai dialect acting is surprisingly good. The short black hair and nurse outfit fit her perfectly. But the sex scenes are predictable and the volume is a bit lacking. The wiping scene in the first chapter is way too long. I'm not really interested in the forced story in the VR. It adds a little spice, sure, but the important thing is the amount of sex. I mean, that's why we watch VR, right? Seeing Ruka-chan's breasts from the doggy style position is amazing as always though. I'm really hoping for a J-genre VR next time.
