Basically, there's no dialogue, just a fit woman in a swimsuit riding an indoor bike for the whole video(￣▽￣;). I thought it was a bust at first, but it's strangely addictive(”⌒∇⌒”). Might be good to just have it running in the background like an ambient video while working(///∇///). If the fisheye-like camera wasn't so zoomed in and they'd picked up more of her heavy breathing with a better mic, it would've been perfectwww(*≧∀≦*).

Basically, it uses two patterns: shots of the butt from behind and shots of the crotch/thighs from the front. The low-angle front shot of the crotch is especially good. You don't really see the actresses' faces, but it doesn't bother me; everyone has great butts and thighs. The only thing is that the second girl's legs are a bit messy. It's a solid image video if you're looking to see crotches wedged into competitive swimwear.
