The plot follows a senior-junior lesbian nurse duo who, unsatisfied with just each other, end up turning a female doctor into a lesbian as well. I highly recommend the beginning, where Ren seduces her senior, Ai, in the exam room; the way she comes onto her is incredibly erotic and realistic. When Ai starts caressing her and reaches under her lab coat to fumble over her panties, Ren's reaction is fantastic. Both have great bodies, and it's a treat to watch the tall Ren sensitively respond to Ai's thorough foreplay. The progression from the 69 position to the double-ended dildo insertion is well-paced and builds up nicely. Next, Ai drugs the doctor, Mari, with sleeping pills so she and Ren can have their way with her; Mari stays asleep and silent until the very end. The finale involves them tormenting a now-awake Mari with vibes and dildos. Overall, I'd rate the first chapter 4 stars, and the latter two segments 2 stars.
