Furthermore, as a 'creampie' feature, things progress so matter-of-factly that it lacks any real impact despite the content of the play.

I've been keeping an eye on Towa Mitsui lately. At first glance at the cover, I thought she was a mature-type actress, but she's actually quite youthful. She has a nice, healthy, medium build. It seems to be a staple of this series, but the scene where she collects semen in a beaker is incredibly erotic. Towa and the female doctor role are a perfect match.
