The fact that the most exciting partโthe group playโwas done fully clothed... Most drama-style plots aren't very stimulating. Aika-chan's beautiful, massive breasts aren't highlighted enough. If the group play hadn't been clothed, it would've been packed with highlights. With Aika-chan, if she's clothed, the eroticism is halved regardless of the position or the oral sex, because you can't see those gorgeous breasts. It's such a waste when she has such beautiful breasts and the best bounce. The situation wasn't to my taste, and I felt the drama lacked excitement.
Since it's a drama, the plot involves her getting ravished after having her cervix stimulated, but I think a documentary-style approach to sexual sensitivity training, including cervix stimulation, would have been more arousing. That said, there are elements of non-con/rape in the second half, so the sex scenes are quite intense and worth watching.

It's a shame that the 'cervical stimulation' aspect is only in the beginning, and the rest is just her getting used. Still, Aika Yumeno's performance is as erotic as ever, and you get to enjoy some top-notch fellatio, so it's definitely above average in terms of satisfaction.
AVs featuring doctors are surprisingly rare, despite the premise seeming common. I think the reason is that it's hard to accurately portray the 'nature' of a female doctor, or if you do, it doesn't really mesh well with eroticism. This production tries hard to fuse the doctor setting with the erotic elements through various creative choices. Both the actors and actresses put in the effort. Unfortunately, it's a failure.
