I can see two ways to do that: a high-end call girl scenario with a VIP room for the gal nurse, or a more grounded setting where the gal nurse falls for a patient and engages in erotic nursing. That would make either 'erotic nursing as an extension of her job' or 'erotic nursing as an extension of a romance' much more compelling. Adding that possessiveness changes the content from just being about a hostess. The actress looks amazing, so let's make the drama and the sex scenes equally captivating. It's a waste not to aim higher.
