I thought the highlight would be the focus on the prolapsed anus, but it was a letdown. I couldn't even stand the acting before the actual play. I wanted to see them play with the anal rose, but the important parts were censored, only showing it briefly before and after. I'm giving it two stars because the prolapse was genuine, but if they're going to focus on standard play, they shouldn't emphasize the anus.
