Or vice versa, if popular S1 series featured SODSTAR actresses… It feels like their individuality could really shine even more. I find myself thinking that a lot. This release leaned heavily into the SOD SENZ line, and my expectations were high from pre-order. However, despite the attention to detail with props like the red slips, it lacked the sense of depravity and complexity of the original. Even S1's usually excellent camerawork felt on par with SOD's, which has some issues. I hope they aim to surpass the original by leveraging each company's strengths, rather than just swapping actresses. Since they've cast S1's top actress, 'Asano Kokoro,' I really want them to deliver a work worthy of her potential.
This is a fresh take on Asano Kokoro's signature earnest schoolgirl charm. The premise is wild, but her performance as someone persevering through it all is incredible. Some might be put off by the solo scenes, but they serve a purpose and are genuinely satisfying. The 'Passionate Continent'-style narration really brings out her sweet and innocent side, and the contrast with the sex scenes is well done. Lots of variety in her interactions with patients, and the facial shot ending was a perfect fit. The reveal about her having a boyfriend was a nice touch too. A masterpiece that really showcases what makes Asano Kokoro special.
Thought it was going to be a drama, but it's an old-school SOD-style documentary. The initial +2 solo scene felt unnecessary. Sugiura, the first patient, is nude while she's clothed... The cumshot during the third attempt, finally with her nude, was good. The next patient, Yoshimura, is similar... Cumshot during the second attempt, with lube. The next patient gets vibed, then she's clothed for penetration and a backshot... Re-inserted after lube, nude on the operating table, Missionary position with a cheek shot, no lube... Just give me a 3-way at the end...
This kind of work is what AV should truly be. The cover art gives off a 'saving humanity' vibe. Reading the subtitles during the interview scenes, I actually started to feel her anxiety. The training from her senior has rookie Kokoro squirming and shaking her hips, but her core strength is amazing! Still, the navy uniform is adorable. And all I feel is kindness towards Kokoro as she bravely and sensually treats patients who are attacking her. For sperm viruses, Kokoro virus treatment is the best.
