I finally achieved my dream of becoming a girl, but I woke up as a super-sensitive MILF! My new body is so responsive that every touch sends me over the edge. Now, my virgin brother and the local boys are taking turns ruining me, and no matter how much they train me, I can't stop leaking and begging for more.

I watched it for the nipples, but the stupid, comical plot about swapping bodies with a virgin really killed the mood.
It's not like she had gender reassignment surgery, and 'becoming a woman' is impossible, but Yumo Shindo playing a middle-aged woman who has transformed into a female is unbelievably sexy and great. I liked the first half where she's just transformed and feels confused yet sensitive when her younger brother touches her. Some reviews say the outdoor scene in the second half is unnecessary, but considering the studio is Yamato Sora, I think it's an essential part. The fishnet bodysuit she wears also amplifies the eroticism, so I personally rate it highly.
It's a trendy gender-bender (TS) story, and it's actually quite interesting. However, I have to question the scriptwriting: why force her to age into a 'mature woman,' and why take it in a direction involving 'outdoors' and 'bondage' that has nothing to do with the mature woman concept? It would have been much more convincing and allowed for better ad-libs and pacing if they had swapped bodies with someone of the same generation, like in 'Your Name.' That said, the first half where she has her first encounter while struggling with male speech patterns and acting flustered is incredibly erotically cute. As an erotic cosplay concept, it works! However, the second half—the 'outdoors,' 'shame,' and 'bondage'—has nothing to do with the gender-bender theme anymore; it just turns into a Yubo Shindo outdoor indie film. You might as well skip the second half.
I don't mind that the gender-swap process is magical. (It happens in an instant, so maybe that's actually 'fine'...) Trying to build an atmosphere with subtitles isn't bad either. (The blurb on the back of the package also gets you hyped before watching.) But the moment the transformation (from man to woman) happens, I was surprised and disappointed at the same time... A man in a white dress shirt transforms into a woman in a red T-shirt... So the clothes change too because of the transformation? (Isn't the real thrill of this genre that the body changes while the man's clothes remain?) It's clear that the focus of this work is on exposure and training, but I bet on the nice idea of a mature woman's body transformation and lost. (lol) I can't really recommend this to fans of gender-swap works. Since I'm not familiar with exposure/shame/training genres, this is strictly a review from the perspective of a gender-swap fan.
